Your telephone system is the lifeblood of your business and CCTS recognise your need for uninterrupted communications. We offer service agreements that will provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction, quick response time and service restoration.

The bottom line is whether you choose a fee for service or service agreement, CCTS has a commitment to your communication needs.

New telephone system – do I need maintenance?

All of the telephone systems CCTS supply come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty. After the manufacturer’s warranty expires CCTS offer tailored maintenance agreements to protect your investment.

What’s covered?

Our standard maintenance contract covers every type of fault except natural disaster and normal wear and tear of consumable parts. Below is a quick list of what’s provided:

  • Major fault – technician onsite within 2 hours
  • Minor fault technician onsite within 8 hours
  • Replacement of faulty hardware
  • Free software/firmware upgrades
  • Unlimited phone support
  • No charges for any labour or hardware when fault occurs

How much?

CCTS maintenance contracts are tailored to meet your needs based on the time period, the level of service provided and age and type of telephone system.
